Barabas Office Service is not an anonymous call centre. It's a small, specialised office for correspondence with German authorities — founded because too many letters go unanswered simply because of a language gap.

Our story
We know where
applications get stuck.
Four years of daily work with Jobcenter, Familienkasse, Wohngeldamt and others — that makes the difference. We know the typical pitfalls, the most common mistakes with Romanian documents, and what an authority really needs on its desk so that an application goes through.
What sets us apart from a law firm: we are more affordable, faster to reach, and we translate every step back into a language you feel safe in. When a case really needs a legal decision, we say so openly.
For complementary services we work closely with AMC Office Service — help for Romanians in Germany with documents and authorities (Jobcenter, Kindergeld, health insurance & more). This way we cover more complex cases without you having to deal with multiple providers.
